These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wisewealthywell.com (the "Site") and any programs, coaching services, courses, or content we offer, including but not limited to Fall Into Rhythm and the Healing Lifestyle Cohort (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site or enrolling in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. About Our Services
Wise • Wealthy • Well provides health and wellness coaching, educational content, and community programs led by Jennie DeKovner, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Our approach is faith-rooted and evidence-informed.
Not medical advice. Our Services are educational and coaching-based in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, nutritional, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you encountered through our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or enroll in our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
Some Services require you to create an account through our platform, powered by Kajabi. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
- Prices for programs and services are listed on the Site and are subject to change.
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) via Kajabi.
- Free trials — if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends, in accordance with the terms presented at signup.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew and be billed to your payment method on file until canceled.
5. Coaching Program Conduct
By participating in coaching, group programs, or the Healing Lifestyle Cohort, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information relevant to your participation
- Engage respectfully with coaches and fellow participants
- Take personal responsibility for decisions made regarding your health, lifestyle, and well-being
- Understand that individual results vary and are not guaranteed
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or violates these Terms, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and coaching frameworks — is the property of Wise • Wealthy • Well or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Testimonials & Results
Testimonials and stories shared on the Site reflect individual experiences. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our Site and Services are delivered in part through third-party platforms, including Kajabi for hosting and course delivery, and marketing/communication tools for email and scheduling. Your use of these platforms may also be subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise • Wealthy • Well and its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that engaging in lifestyle, nutrition, movement, or wellness changes carries inherent risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in our coaching programs and agree to consult your physician before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise • Wealthy • Well, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
